Will my art print be delivered in a frame?

No, all of our prints are sold unframed. This makes shipping much cheaper, as well as the price of the art.

How are your products shipped?

All art prints are shipped in a secure mailing tube. Phone cases are shipped in protective packaging.

Why does my print look a slightly different colour in person compared to on screen?

Screens use the RGB model to create colours on the screen, whereas the printer uses the CMYK model to put the colours on paper. Thus, printers cannot replicate all the colours that a monitor does, which is why sometimes the colour represented on your monitor will appear brighter than the actual printed item. The same applies for phone cases.

What if my order hasn't arrived in the given time frame?

If this happens, please contact us straight away and we will track your order for you.

My order has arrived damaged.

If you order has been damaged during shipping, contact us straight away with details on the damage and pictures for proof. We will assess the situation and issue a solution as soon as possible. We may also ask that you return the damaged item.

Can I return my order?

We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return. Please contact us first. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return and a tracked service should be used to ensure a swift return process. Once your order has been received by us, the item will be inspected for quality control and your refund issued, minus the original shipping fee for when you first purchased the item.
